In life we have to balance our roles and responsibilities with our needs and desires. It can be difficult to be a parent, friend, employee, carer etc AND be ourselves at the same time. We often look after our 'self' last, but if we are feeling frazzled, how can we continue to do a good job of fulfilling our roles?
By looking at the bigger picture, and creating space for our 'self' we can start to acheive a balance. Triquetra Unlimited provides services which help us to acheive this.
What on earth is a Triquetra? The triquetra symbol has three meanings. The first and second relate to the triple goddess who brings together the various strengths and responsibilities which each experience and phase of life brings - maiden, mother and wisewoman, as well as highlighting our pasts, present and futures. Thirdly, the symbol also shows the power of three, which relates to the importance of balancing mind, body and spirit. And Unlimited? She is an experienced lightworker and psychic who believes that everyone has an inner strength that sometimes get lost or trapped, she says that "we are surprisingly more often frightened by our strengths than any weaknesses we may have".
